An overview of QL is presented by a QL facilitator, school administrator, or lead teacher for teacher buy-in and parent awareness. |
Quantum Learning for Teachers (QLT)
|
A 5-day course is presented prior to the new school year, or may be facilitated on separate professional development days throughout the school year. Depending on school needs and resources, all teachers and the principal can be trained at the same time, or a percentage of teachers can be trained over time until all staff have been trained. (Level 1 through Level 5
Up to 80 educators may participate in each workshop.) |
| QLT Refresher/Reinforcement Days |
Training days review and deepen the understanding and implementation of QLT. |
| QLT Coaching |
In-class coaching and mentoring develops instructional mastery. |
Quantum Learning for Students (QLS)
Learning and Life Skills |
Students learn academic strategies and life skills in a 1-10-day program delivered by Quantum Learning facilitators. Teachers assist, observe and receive debriefs on delivery of content. (Once teachers are trained, they deliver QLS curriculum to their own students.) The skills are used and reinforced throughout the year. Parents are invited to an initial overview meeting and to a 2-hour workshop to learn how to support their child’s learning. (Pricing based on program requirements. 1 to 10 days, including weekends; length depends on budget & needs. Call for details.) |
QLT Learning and Life Skills Facilitation
(Facilitation Fundamentals) |
Teachers are trained in the delivery of student learning and life skills which are woven into every aspect of the student learning experience. |
| QLT Lesson Design Workshops |
Teachers review and discuss the QL design frame. Grouped by grade levels and subjects, they create and share lessons specific to their content areas. |
