Quantum Learning for Administrators
Effective leadership influences the development of positive school culture, student achievement, teacher buy-in, and parent/community participation. This training gives administrators an understanding of Quantum Learning philosophy and practices, and provides valuable tools for school change.
Administrators, as School Leaders, model, motivate and initiate “acts of leadership.” Administrators adopt, model, and promote specific strategies for school-wide change. School administrators, along with the lead teacher, design specific time in the school schedule for meetings and trainings that support the implementation of the training.
Administrators, as Instructional Leaders, understand and embrace the Quantum Learning philosophy, structure, concepts, design and delivery methods, and fully support teachers through modeling, dialogue, observation and assessment. |
